By your Cowkeepers, for your company.

Running a business is hard.
IT shouldn't be the hard part.

You know these moments. Here's what they look like with Cowkeeper.

The Monday morning scramble

The new hire has no laptop, no email, and no idea who to ask.

With Cowkeeper, adding an employee starts SecureStart: email and MFA, device enrollment, the right apps, training and policy sign-offs, tracked step by step and ready before day one.

The email that looked real

Someone in finance just got an "urgent invoice" from the CEO.

They've practiced on a scenario your Cowkeeper built around your own vendors, so they hit Report instead of Reply. A human triages it, tells them what to do, and the whole thing is a two-minute story.

The quiet risk

An employee left three months ago. Do they still have access?

Offboarding in Cowkeeper is a checklist with proof: sign-in suspended, sessions revoked, files handed over, device locked, each step verified against the system that did it, and anything we couldn't verify shown as exactly that.

Before, and with Cowkeeper.

Same company. Same people. Different Tuesday.

IT Manager.

Every Cowkeeper company gets one named person who learns your business, your tools and your people. They're backed by our engineers and security specialists, but they own the relationship, and their name is on your dashboard.

How support works
Cowkeeper AI

Instant answers.
Zero guesswork.

Every employee gets an assistant that knows your apps, your policies and your login procedures, and answers at 2 a.m. without waking anyone up. When something needs a human, it prepares the request and hands it to your IT Manager.

  • Answers come with the source: the policy or guide it used.
  • It can prepare a request, but it can't approve one. People do that.
  • It says "I don't know" and escalates, instead of making something up.
  • Your company's knowledge is never visible to another company.
Cowkeeper SecureStart

Every employee.
Secure from day one.

Our proprietary onboarding runs for your whole company first, then for every new hire. Five control sets, each one marked Verified only when the system that enforces it says so.

Why you'll see "Unknown" on our dashboards: if we can't see a control, we say so. That's what makes "Verified" worth anything.

Phishing training written for your company.

Generic training teaches people to spot generic phish. Attackers don't send those. Your Cowkeeper security specialist studies how a company like yours actually gets targeted, then writes the scenarios, runs the sessions and designs the practice campaigns, all approved by you.

Questions owners ask us.

Short answers. Longer ones from your IT Manager anytime.

Do we have to leave Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

No. Cowkeeper administers the tenant you already own. You keep your domains, accounts and data, and you can revoke our access at any time from your settings.

What does 24/7 actually mean?

Cowkeeper AI answers around the clock using your company's approved IT knowledge. Human support from your IT Manager and our team runs during business hours in your time zone. If you need staffed after-hours coverage, that is a separate agreement, and we say so up front.

Who writes the phishing training?

Cowkeepers do: our security specialists write the scenarios around your vendors, payment flows and roles. Every scenario is fictional, never a real brand or person, and every practice campaign goes to your own verified domains only after you approve it. Results feed follow-up lessons, never a leaderboard.

Who pays for licenses like Google, Microsoft, MDM or antivirus?

You do, directly to those vendors, at their price. We configure and manage them; we never mark them up or hide them in the fee. SecureStart and Academy are Cowkeeper software and are included.

We already have someone who "does IT." Does this replace them?

Often it frees them. Cowkeeper handles the day-to-day administration, onboarding and security verification, and your person keeps whatever they want to own. Many of our best relationships are with an office manager or a technically minded founder.

How do you count employees for pricing?

Active employees, including people on leave, counted weekly. Contractors are excluded unless you ask us to include them. If your count crosses a band for two consecutive weeks, the new band applies from the first of the next month, and you see this on your Billing page before it happens.

Is our data safe with you?

Every company's data is isolated at the database level, privileged roles require MFA, our staff can only reach customers they are assigned to and every access is logged where you can see it. We never ask for a shared admin password. We do not claim certifications we do not hold; our Trust page lists exactly what we do.
