How it works

Thirty days to a calmer IT life. Then it stays that way.

Here's exactly what happens after you sign up, who does what, and what we'll never ask you for.

Your first month, step by step.

Pick a stage to see what we do, what you do, and what you'll have at the end of it.

Week 1

Discovery & authorization

We meet your team, map your tools and your people, and you grant Cowkeeper read-only access to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. No shared passwords, ever. If you prefer, we start with a questionnaire and connect later.

Cowkeeper doesCompany profile, scope and consent records; connection wizard; IT Manager introduction.
You doA 45-minute kickoff and an authorized admin to approve the connection.
You end up withA named IT Manager, a signed scope, and a dashboard that already says what we can and can't see.

A team behind your
IT Manager.

One name on your dashboard, a whole department behind it. Every Cowkeeper person only sees the customers they're assigned to, and you can see who accessed your account and when.

Trust, specifically

What we built, not what we claim.

We don't put badges we haven't earned on this page. Here is how Cowkeeper itself is built to protect your company.

Tenant isolation at the databaseEvery company's rows are separated by row-level security. A bug in a screen can't show you another company's data.
MFA for anyone with powerCompany admins, approvers, billing contacts and all Cowkeeper staff use multi-factor sign-in. Approvals require it at the moment of decision.
No shared admin passwordsWe connect through authorized, least-privilege access you grant and can revoke. Tokens are encrypted and never reach a browser.
Scoped, logged staff accessOur people reach only assigned customers; anything else needs a time-limited, reasoned grant that shows up in your account's access log.
Evidence behind every status"Verified" is backed by a provider signal or a named staff attestation with a timestamp. Checkboxes can't produce it. Stale evidence turns back to Unknown.
Humans approve, AI assistsThe assistant can't approve or execute administrative actions. Destructive changes need two different people and a cooling-off period.

Cowkeeper is not a certification body and does not operate a 24/7 security operations center. Independent security review is part of our launch process; we'll publish what it finds. Read the full Trust page →

Let's start with a conversation.
