Thirty days to a calmer IT life. Then it stays that way.
Here's exactly what happens after you sign up, who does what, and what we'll never ask you for.
Your first month, step by step.
Pick a stage to see what we do, what you do, and what you'll have at the end of it.
Discovery & authorization
We meet your team, map your tools and your people, and you grant Cowkeeper read-only access to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. No shared passwords, ever. If you prefer, we start with a questionnaire and connect later.
Baseline assessment
We run the Cowkeeper Baseline across identity, email, devices, access and governance. Where a system is connected we pull evidence; where it isn't we show Unknown rather than guess. You approve the baseline and any exceptions.
Remediation
Failed controls become tasks with an owner, a risk level and any license cost called out in advance. Nothing changes in your environment without your approval, and every change is verified after it's made.
Launch
Employees are invited, meet Cowkeeper AI and your IT Manager, and each one gets their own SecureStart. Security Essentials training is assigned. Suspicious-email reporting goes live. Your IT Manager signs the readiness report with you.
Ongoing: taken care of
Tickets, access requests, new hires and exits run through Cowkeeper. Device and MFA signals are rechecked continuously; drift turns Verified into Unknown so it gets fixed. Every quarter your IT Manager reviews access, exceptions and training with you.
A team behind your
IT Manager.
One name on your dashboard, a whole department behind it. Every Cowkeeper person only sees the customers they're assigned to, and you can see who accessed your account and when.
| Who | What they do for you | How they reach your data |
|---|---|---|
| Your IT Manager | Owns the relationship. Runs your IT Reset, verifies controls, approves sensitive changes, leads quarterly reviews. | Assigned to you |
| Support technicians | Work your tickets during business hours: logins, email, devices, access requests. | Assigned, ticket-scoped |
| Security specialists | Triage phishing reports, review exceptions, write and approve awareness campaigns, verify security evidence. | Assigned, case-scoped |
| Academy editors | Write and maintain the courses your team takes. | No access to your data |
| Cowkeeper AI | Answers employee questions from your approved knowledge; prepares requests for humans. | Reads only what the asker may see |

We recommend, configure and manage them. You own the subscriptions, the tenants, the accounts and the data. We never mark licenses up.
What we built, not what we claim.
We don't put badges we haven't earned on this page. Here is how Cowkeeper itself is built to protect your company.
Cowkeeper is not a certification body and does not operate a 24/7 security operations center. Independent security review is part of our launch process; we'll publish what it finds. Read the full Trust page →
