One flat fee.
No surprises.

Priced by how many people you employ, not how many tickets you open. Every plan includes every service. The only extras are the vendor licenses you'd pay anyway, and we tell you about those up front.

  • Dedicated IT Manager, Cowkeeper AI, SecureStart and Academy in every plan
  • One-time setup fee covers your organization's IT Reset
  • Vendor licenses at the vendor's price, never marked up

Every band, every service.

The services don't change between bands. The headcount does, and so does the amount of work, so the fee does too.

What the fee covers.

All of it, in every band. The right-hand column is where other providers hide the add-ons; we'd rather show you.

How we count, and when the band changes.

You'll see the count, the rule and the next check date on your Billing page at all times. No band change happens without you seeing it coming.

Who counts: active employees, including people on leave. Contractors are excluded unless you ask us to include them. Shared mailboxes and service accounts never count.
When we count: weekly, from the same employee list your IT Manager works from.
When the band changes: only after the count sits in a new band for two consecutive weeks, and then from the first of the following month. A one-week spike for seasonal staff doesn't move you.
Terms: first month and setup fee at signup. We'll propose a 12-month agreement; the terms, support hours and response targets are written down before you pay anything.

Pricing questions.

If yours isn't here, ask your IT Manager. Or ask Cowkeeper AI; it has read this page.

Is there a minimum term?

We propose a 12-month agreement because the IT Reset in your first month is real work. The terms are written down before you pay, and we would rather you leave happy than stay stuck.

What happens if we hire ten people in a month?

Your weekly count moves. If it sits in a new band for two consecutive weeks, the new band applies from the first of the next month. You see this on your Billing page before it happens.

Do contractors count?

Not by default. If contractors use company accounts and devices and you want them covered by SecureStart and the Academy, ask us to include them and they count like employees.

Why is the setup fee one-time?

It covers SecureStart for your organization: discovery, baseline assessment, remediation and launch. After that, new hires onboard through the monthly plan at no extra cost.

Can you estimate our vendor license costs?

Yes, during discovery. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, device management, endpoint protection and backup are priced by those vendors; we tell you what we recommend and what it costs at their list price before you commit.
